Beside all this – apply a simple test, from the Constitution’s Preamble: “We, the People of the United States…to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare…do ordain and establish this Constitution..” Examine Trump policies, laws, etc. from 2017-21, and 2025. – which ones, if ANY, achieve these goals – most especially “..to promote the general Welfare..” ?????????
